1. Acceptance & eligibility
By installing or using NORA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use encrypted communication and cryptocurrency software where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
2. The service
NORA is a censorship-resistant, end-to-end encrypted messenger with an integrated self-custodial Ethereum wallet. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, in active development, by independent contributors and not as a commercial product. There is no uptime guarantee and features may change or be removed.
3. Your account & keys
Your identity is an Ethereum wallet generated on your device from a 12-word recovery phrase. We never see, store, or transmit your private key or recovery phrase.
- If you lose your recovery phrase, your account and message history are permanently unrecoverable — no one, including us, can reset or restore them.
- If you configured social recovery or a cloud-password backup, recovery follows only those mechanisms you set up.
- Keep your recovery phrase offline and private. Anyone with it controls your account and any funds in your wallet.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NORA to:
- Distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that incites violence or terrorism.
- Send spam, malware, or conduct phishing, fraud, or unauthorized access.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
- Violate the rights of third parties or applicable law.
5. Content & moderation
Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we have no technical ability to read, monitor, or moderate message content. You are solely responsible for what you send and receive. The app provides client-side tools (block and report) for your own safety; moderation happens between users, not by a central authority.
6. Wallet & digital assets
The wallet lets you hold and transfer blockchain assets at your own risk. We are not a custodian, broker, or exchange, and provide no financial or investment advice. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may incur network (gas) fees. You are responsible for understanding what you sign.
7. Network nodes
Messages are relayed through independently operated nodes that handle only encrypted ciphertext. Node operators are third parties; we do not control them and cannot guarantee their availability, performance, or conduct.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORA and its contributors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any damages — including loss of data, funds, or access — arising from use of the app. You use NORA at your own risk.
9. Changes & termination
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this URL, and material changes will be noted in the app changelog. You may stop using NORA at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify the service at any time.

Предоставляется «как есть» и «по мере доступности», находится в активной разработке, силами независимых участников, а не как коммерческий продукт. Гарантий доступности нет; функции могут меняться или удаляться.
3. Ваш аккаунт и ключи
Ваша личность — это Ethereum-кошелёк, сгенерированный на вашем устройстве из 12-словной фразы восстановления. Мы никогда не видим, не храним и не передаём ваш приватный ключ или фразу.
- При утрате фразы восстановления аккаунт и история сообщений безвозвратно теряются — никто, включая нас, не может их сбросить или восстановить.
- Если вы настроили социальное восстановление или облачный пароль-бэкап, восстановление возможно только через эти механизмы.
- Храните фразу офлайн и в тайне. Любой, у кого она есть, контролирует ваш аккаунт и средства в кошельке.
4. Допустимое использование
Вы обязуетесь не использовать NORA для:
- Распространения незаконного контента, включая материалы сексуального насилия над детьми, призывы к насилию или терроризму.
- Рассылки спама, вредоносного ПО, фишинга, мошенничества или несанкционированного доступа.
- Преследования, угроз, выдачи себя за других или причинения вреда людям.
- Нарушения прав третьих лиц или применимого закона.
5. Контент и модерация
Поскольку сообщения зашифрованы end-to-end, у нас нет технической возможности читать, отслеживать или модерировать их содержимое. Вы полностью отвечаете за то, что отправляете и получаете. Приложение даёт клиентские инструменты (блокировка и жалоба) для вашей безопасности; модерация происходит между пользователями, а не централизованно.
6. Кошелёк и цифровые активы
Кошелёк позволяет хранить и переводить блокчейн-активы на ваш собственный риск. Мы не являемся custodian, брокером или биржей и не даём финансовых или инвестиционных советов. Транзакции в блокчейне необратимы и могут требовать сетевых (gas) комиссий. Вы отвечаете за понимание того, что подписываете.
7. Узлы сети
Сообщения ретранслируются через независимо управляемые узлы, которые обрабатывают только зашифрованный трафик. Операторы узлов — третьи стороны; мы их не контролируем и не гарантируем их доступность, производительность или поведение.
8. Отказ от гарантий и ограничение ответственности
В максимально допустимой законом степени NORA и её участники отказываются от любых гарантий, явных или подразумеваемых, и не несут ответственности за любой ущерб — включая потерю данных, средств или доступа — возникший при использовании приложения. Вы используете NORA на свой риск.
9. Изменения и прекращение
Эти условия могут обновляться; актуальная версия всегда публикуется по этому URL, существенные изменения отмечаются в журнале изменений приложения. Вы можете прекратить использование в любой момент, удалив приложение. Мы можем прекратить или изменить сервис в любое время.

Mensajería cifrada con monedero Ethereum sin custodia, ofrecida «tal cual», en desarrollo, sin garantía de disponibilidad.
3. Tu cuenta y claves
Tu cuenta se genera a partir de una frase de 12 palabras. Si la pierdes, nadie —ni nosotros— puede recuperar la cuenta, salvo mediante la recuperación social que hayas configurado.
4. Uso aceptable
Prohibido: contenido ilegal, abuso infantil, spam, malware, fraude, acoso o suplantación.
5. Contenido y moderación
Por el cifrado E2E no podemos leer ni moderar mensajes. Eres responsable de lo que envías. Hay herramientas de bloqueo y reporte del lado del cliente.
6. Monedero
Las transacciones blockchain son irreversibles y conllevan comisiones. No somos custodios ni asesores financieros.
7. Nodos
Operados por terceros; solo retransmiten texto cifrado; sin garantía de disponibilidad.
8. Exención de responsabilidad
El software se ofrece sin garantías. Lo usas bajo tu propio riesgo.
9. Cambios
Publicados en esta URL. Puedes dejar de usar la app desinstalándola.

3. Konto & Schlüssel
Dein Konto entsteht aus einer 12-Wort-Phrase. Bei Verlust ist es unwiederbringlich — außer über von dir eingerichtete soziale Wiederherstellung.
4. Zulässige Nutzung
Verboten: illegale Inhalte, Kindesmissbrauch, Spam, Malware, Betrug, Belästigung, Identitätsdiebstahl.
5. Inhalte & Moderation
Wegen E2E-Verschlüsselung können wir Nachrichten nicht lesen oder moderieren. Du bist verantwortlich. Block- und Melde-Funktionen sind clientseitig.
6. Wallet
Blockchain-Transaktionen sind unumkehrbar und kostenpflichtig (Gas). Wir sind keine Verwahrstelle und keine Finanzberatung.
7. Knoten
Von Dritten betrieben; übertragen nur Geheimtext; keine Verfügbarkeitsgarantie.
8. Haftungsausschluss
Bereitstellung ohne Gewährleistung. Nutzung auf eigenes Risiko.
9. Änderungen
Unter dieser URL veröffentlicht. Du kannst jederzeit deinstallieren.
